Before and Aftercare
Clark Fork School offers BEFORE CARE & AFTER CARE PROGRAMS for our community.
Before Care
Before Care starts at 7:45am and finishes at 8:45am. Their Before-Care teacher will escort the children to their classroom at the beginning of their school day. Advanced registration is necessary. We adhere to an 8:1 student teacher ratio in our Before Care program and considerable planning is necessary to provide adequate staffing.
AFTER CARE: place-based after-school programs for children age 2 through 3rd grade.
Shooting Stars
Shooting Stars after care is designed for our day program families. Students are dropped off in the Shooting Stars classroom at 3:00PM. Students will have a snack and participate in enriching activities such as paining, puzzles, and song and dance, followed by outdoor free-play. This program operates until 5:30PM.
Kids Niche
Kids’ Niche after care program is designed for Rattlesnake Elementary students, home schooled students, and students from Missoula County Public Schools from 3:15-5:30pm (2:30-5:30pm on Thursdays). We offer pick-up for students enrolled at Rattlesnake Elementary. Students will arrive at Clark Fork School and participate in enrichment activities such as advanced arts and crafts, saunters to local saunters via foot or public transit, followed by free outdoor play. Students must be picked up before 5:30PM at Clark Fork School.
